Technician Apprenticeship Program

Combining Classroom Training with Real World Experience

This paid apprenticeship program is designed to develop employees into technicians. After six months of Quick Lube experience, we pay you to work and we pay for you to become a certified technician!

Program Details:

  • 2-year program combining online schooling and hands-on training in the dealership shop

Program Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay with ability to earn more based on production
  • Schooling and textbooks costs are paid
  • Tools are provided during program – following 2 years of post-training employment, tools belong to you
  • Work alongside and learn from your assigned Technician Mentor
